Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Returns will only be accepted for apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or alterations.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and special promotional items.

- Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales
- Items without proof of purchase or receipt
To Complete Your Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at
customer@everyman.store. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to proceed with your return.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will also be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before refunds are reflected.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at
customer@everyman.store to arrange the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Customers are also responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
